The
LiveJournal™ Music Chart now has an
RSS feed () tracking any new
songs hitting the top ten. Since I don’t check anything that doesn’t
have an RSS feed, this is a great way to make sure that I’m alerted to
any music becoming popular without my permission.
Each entry has a
Magnet URI,
which should trigger automatic P2P searches.
(For example, this link should
search for the Gnutella specs.)
This doesn’t work in
LimeWire
or
Gtk-Gnutella
at the moment, so there are links to Google and Amazon searches as well,
and iTunes (untested, following the format given in
this blog entry by Erik Barzeski).
